I hope you enjoyed vacation week (plus one day!)
We started our week on Tuesday with classroom celebrations of 100 days of learning, which occurred on February 13th. It was a perfect way to welcome students back to school after vacation. Congratulations to the students and staff for 100 days of excellent teaching and learning, and thanks to our families and communities for supporting us in striving for that excellence.
As we close out the month of February, and look forward to a strong and fun beginning to March, I wanted to remind you of Family Reading Night on March 5th, and Parent-teacher conferences on the 12th. Please see details about both below.

Grade 5 Boston Museum of Science Fund Raiser a Success!
The 5th grade teachers and students would like to thank all who purchased items or donated to the fundraiser. The students worked hard at selling goods and took in the needed funds to pay for the Coach bus and admission to the museum, and they enjoyed some prizes from the product company for their efforts:

Super Snack Friday!
Super Thanks to the PTG and Nurse Ashley for preparing and delivering to classrooms a delicious morning snack to end our week and month! The fresh fruit was provided by our amazing partner Midcoast Hunger Prevention.
